Fed by Water

Hi everyone!

I just want to share this amazing restaurant with you. It is called Fed by Water and is based in Dalston in London. I must say they serve the most amazing plantbased Italian gourmet food. The atmosphere in the restaurant is great, the food and drinks are delicious and the staff is super friendly. I highly recommend this place!

What I think is really nice is the way they stress the use of pure water. Everything in the restaurant is made with filtered water to remove impurities so that the customers will be left feeling great. On their website they have even written “Our bodies need a regular injection of pure water to function properly; this is the very essence of our health and the basis of a strong body and mind.”

This place basically has everything I am looking for in a restaurant, and a lot more:

  • Plantbased menu
  • Filtered water
  • Friendly staff
  • Quality food
  • Healthy food
  • Focus on environmental sustainability
  • Low carbon footprint
  • Mostly local ingredients
  • Raw options
  • Good choices of cocktails (Also mocktails, for those who do not drink alcohol)

It can be a bit pricey compared to other places, but as you know, I do not really believe in putting a price tag on my own health. However, it is not overly expensive. They have a lot of courses that are perfectly affordable. If you get the chance I would definitely consider going here and make an event out of it. Maybe a birthday celebration or a dinner before going to the theatre?

Have you ever been there? What did you think?
